Asda ..... the family shopping centre??? Whatever do Asda think they are up to? I'm confused enough without going in there trying to find things since they 'revamped' the place!
Trying to shop in a rush, is a pain in the donkey!
I was in there trying to find washing up liquid. An assistant told me it was down the bottom end near the fridges. I looked all over and couldn't find it. Asked another assistant and was told it was at the other end, near the entrance. Of course, I couldn't find it. Asked another assistant who told me it was down the other end. I told her I had just been down there and couldn't find it. She told me to go with her and she would show me. We went down near the freezers and SHE couldn't find it! She radioed in and was told which aisle it was in. We went down there and found it!
Where???? Down amongst the dog food!!!
Why the hell didn't Asda leave things alone?
What's the old saying? If it ain't broke, don't mend it!
Asda! Instead of trying to convince us that our milk comes from just down the road, where there are no dairy herds, listen to your customers, else they'll be off to Aldi and Tesco. And Lidl when they come.
Pity that Morrisons are not here!!

Well, as reluctant as I am to even step near Asda on a Saturday afternoon, I went in there this Saturday with a friend and her boys. I was very suprised to notice that there weren't as many people in there as I expected!
We had a coffee, what a REAL let down the cafeteria is since the revamp, and then I went off to get some large mushrooms for my evening meal. NONE! I tell you, NONE!!!
Well, I thought I'd just get some cheese topped rolls. Guess what? NONE!! In fact, there was hardly any bread at all.
Well, I just got me some beer to drown my sorrows! Back to the local market and as much as I hate to say it, Aldi. Certainly won't be Somerfield and Tesco is too far to walk.
Bye, bye Asda.
