Just to let future customers know, If you buy a moble phone from this company, If it breaks down after 28 days, they don't replace them, they send them away to be repaired. I bought my son a £110 phone at the end of April, it was fine to begin with. Last month we noticed that the battery wasn't holding it's charge. Took it back to the shop in Wisbech, Sorry we have to send it away, as its more than 28 days old. I asked if they could just replace the battery, answer sorry its over 28 days old. So I wasnt very polite and walked out. Rang their head quarters to complain, answer sorry over 28 days old. When I told them it was the only way of keeping in touch with our son, told I could rent one for £50 deposit. This is after that I eplained that I had bought 5 phones from them in the last 2 years. Guess what I shall not be using them again ricky
