A number of thefts from handbags have occurred in Wisbech Town Centre of late. Please can special attention be paid to keeping all handbags and valuables on your person at all times. Handbags should be carried close to the body with the zip/clasp facing towards you. Wallets and other valuable items should be kept in front pockets and away from view.
