wisbech house prices
Hi I am thinking of moving to wisbech we have been there a few times why has it got one of the lowest house prices in the country there must be a reason it all looks very nice Iam going to start a window carpet cleaning company are there many in the area. Many thanks peter.

House prices are low because wages are low. I was earning 25% more per hour before we moved up here from London in 2005, but because of the low house prices we now have a bigger house, but no mortgage. Employers say it's because the cost of living is low, which is rubbish, food is the same price anywhere in the country. and you need some sort of job to pay a mortgage on your own on these wages. There is no train station, so you and your partner/wife will need a car. No idea about other cleaning companies. I live out in the sticks away from the town. The further you live away from town, the cheaper the properties are. We got a 4 bed detached for £145k in 2005.

That's easy for you to say. :P
